How to edit PDF files in MS word

How to edit a pdf file using MS word

It is very easy to edit a pdf file. This is very useful if you don't want to print off the
whole sheet and you just want to print off selected images. If you want to re-size images
to use in other projects, this is a very useful technique. Just follow the steps below..

1. We have opened our PDF file using Adobe reader.

2. Click onto 'tools' in the navigation bar then select 'select and zoom'. a left navigation bar
will pop out, move your cursur down to 'snap shot tool'.

3. Drag your cursur over the image you want to use..

4. When you take your finger off the mouse a box will appear telling you the selected image
has been copied.

5. Next open Miscrosoft Word and right click using your mouse. A navigation menu
will appear, move your cursur over 'paste' and click to paste you selected image
onto the page.

The image will appear on the page. To re-size the image click on the image and a
resizing box will appear. Drag the handles to make the image larger of smaller.

Here is the finished image. You can repeat the process with any of the other images found
on the pdf file..
