ReviewImage I've done quite a few of these mugs promoting my daughter's business.
Once I got used to the water-slip decal technique I found them easy to do.
I managed to fit 18 logo's on one A4 sheet so the job was very economical.
To have had mugs like these done by a specialist company would have cost her quite a few £'s, money she would rather spend on stock. Good Luck and Best Wishes

ReviewImage The model is built in 1/76th scale from a Cararama cab/chassis with a scratch built bodywork from plastic card. The chequer bands, battenburg livery including the name plates & the roller shutter lockers were laser printed using white backed decal paper. The reversed lettering on the cab front was printed on an Alps thermal printer using clear decal paper.

ReviewImage Dear Crafty Computer Paper,
I have attached some photos to show you how we have used the water-slide laser printed clear decal paper on our product.
The church window was required to look like a proper stained glass window, so we created a stained glass design, and printed it onto clear decal paper. We attached the decal to 1.5mm thickness of plastic sheeting, and then varnished over the decal to seal the decal to the plastic window.
As you can see from the photo, when the light shines, it c

ReviewImage I used clear and white adhesive film and water-slides on this model. The instrument panel can just be seen in the picture. I have now drawn up over 60 decal sets for flying models and have supplied customers worldwide thanks to help from CCP.

ReviewImage Products used in all photos: Clear waterslide decal paper for larger transfers, and clear rub on decals for smaller logos and details, plus satin varnish spray.

I am also demonstrating the waterslide decals system at a forthcoming exhibition at Peterborough.
The models I've created have been for use on model railway layouts, where a realistic finish was essential in order to create the right look and allow the model to blend in to the scenery.

ReviewImage Many thanks for your admiration of work done but it did not all go according to plan.

Anywhere there is pertol, oil and grease, acrylic varnish just disolves as happened on the tank decals. A dribble of petrol from the filler nozzle ran down the sides of the tank destroying the decals which then had to be taken off. A better job in sealing the decals would be to coat them with the clear laqeur used to coat brass/copper items to stop them from tarnishing, as this is impervious to petrol and oil!

ReviewImage Just before Xmas I ordered some water slide decal paper from you. I
used this to make a decal sheet to go with a 1/48 Tiger Moth kit which I
gave to my nephew, Ben for Xmas. This allowed him to make a model of
the Tiger Moth in which he flew last summer.

Best regards

Dave Lacey

ReviewImage The Royal Standard is a pub that I have used for the last thirty years in Portsmouth. It is world famous because of its Royal Navy connections, and is commonly known as ruby's because she has been the landlady there since 1961.
Sadly I was informed last night that she passed away sunday night.I have made nine plates so far and hundreds of coasters,at least a few people have got a momento to cherish.

These are the papers you need if you want to apply your decals to any non-porous surface but don't need to put the finished object in the dishwasher. (You can hand-wash them in hot soapy water without the images fading or flaking off.) Our 'water-slide' papers are a 'dream come true' for model-makers: now you can make unique decals for all your trains, boats, planes, die casts, remote control models and the like. They're also perfect for transfers onto wood that has been painted or sealed, glass, plastics and melamine (for decorative plates, for example), soap and metal objects: no need to buy different papers for different surfaces. And if you fancy making the most stunning personalised candles they're ideal for transfers onto wax too: the candles will burn normally - if you can bear to watch your creations disappear, that is!

( this video shows how to use the inkjet water-slide paper, you use the laser paper in exactly the same way but you do not need to spray it with acrylic spray after printing.)
Use our laser water-slide decal sheets to make all sorts of personalised gifts for friends and family (and for dolls and their houses!) Remember, if you don't fancy creating your own artwork and scanning it, there's a boundless supply of stuff out there on the internet ready to be downloaded and used to create your own unique decals!
We've got water-slide decal sheets for inkjet printers and for laser printers; we've got A4 sheets (available individually) and great-value packs of 50 A4 sheets.

Choose the right sheet according to the colour of the surface to which you will be applying the decal: broadly speaking you'll need clear paper for light backgrounds and white paper for dark backgrounds. Print your image or text onto the paper using your laser printer: no need to seal the ink before submerging in water. After submerging your decal is ready to be transferred onto your project. And once you've done this you just need to wait 24 hours for the transfer to sink into the object so that the edges cannot be felt. Perfect! Once purchased you should store your decal paper carefully (away from moisture) and use it within one year.
